Tishk International University (TIU) officially invites qualified companies to participate in the tender for the supply of Touch Screen 3D Anatomy Education – Virtual Anatomy Table for the Medical Technology Radiology Department at the Erbil Campus of Tishk International University.

Tender Requirements:

1. Tenderer Documentation: Bidders must submit all relevant company documents and certifications.
2. Tender Timeline: Submission Deadline: October 09, 2025, at 01:30 p.m.

3. Tender Pricing: Bidders are required to submit competitive pricing for each item in Iraqi Dinar, fully compliant with the detailed specifications outlined in the attached list.

4. Important Note to Bidders:

• All tender forms must be completed by hand in clear handwriting.
• Any additional information, clarifications, or requested changes by the bidder should only be recorded in the "Note" column/section provided in the tender table.
• No alterations should be made to the original tender format; otherwise, the bid considered non-compliant.
• Any further details or supplementary information that bidders wish to provide may be submitted separately on the company's official letterhead, duly signed and stamped, and enclosed with the tender submission.

5. Responsibilities of the Bidder:

The successful bidder shall be fully responsible for the transportation, delivery, installation, and configuration of the device. All tasks shall be carried out in accordance with the instructions and supervision of TIU's assigned committee/supervisor to ensure proper functionality. In addition, the bidder must provide training for two (2) of TIU Medical Technology Radiology staff members on the provided Device.

6. Tender Evaluation Criteria:

Bids will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Price competitiveness (80 %).
• Warranty and after-sales support (10 %).
• Delivery timeline (10 %).

7. Payment Terms: TIU follows a three-stage payment process and does not offer advance payment:

• 60% of the total contract amount will be paid upon the arrival and fixing of the equipment.
• 5% will be disbursed after approval by the TIU receiving committee and the successful completion of training for two (2) TIU staff members.
• The remaining 2.5% will be paid upon the completion of the warranty period.
• All payments will be based on the receiving committee's evaluation report at TIU.

8. Tender Submission: A hard copy of the original tender proposal, including all required documents and product catalogues, must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the following address: Iraq, Erbil Campus, TIU, Main Building, Ground Floor, Office No. 140
