Scope of the work:
The Tishk International University invites professional cleaning companies to submit a tender for providing first class cleaning services for the building's common areas and facilities of TIU-Erbil Campus. The scope of the cleaning services shall cover all common areas and facilities of the buildings. All Tenderers are advised to understand the campus's layout carefully before submitting Tender. The Tenderers are invited to attend an interview before decision can be made by the TIU.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The bidder must be registered as a cleaning service provider in the KRG and must provide the renewal of its license.
- The bidder must have at least three years of experience in the cleaning services.
- The bidder office (company or branch) should be in Erbil.
- The bidder workers and supervisor must have health permit cards issued by the KRG.
- The priority of this tender will be given to companies accredited by ISO: 45001/ 9001:2015

ئامانجی کارەکە:
زانکۆی نێودەوڵەتی تیشک بانگهواز بۆ کۆمپانیاکانی پاککەرەوەی پیشەیی دەکات بۆ پێشکەشکردنی تەندەر بۆ فهراههم كردنی پاكوخاوێنی سهرهتایی بۆ گشت ناوچە هاوبەشهكانی كامپهسی زانكۆی نێودهلهتی تیشك. مەودای خزمەتگوزارییەکانی پاککردنەوە دەبێت هەموو ناوچە هاوبەشەکانی بیناكان بگرێتهوه. هەموو تەندەرەکان ئامۆژگاری دەکرێن بۆ تێگەیشتن لە پلانی کامپەکە بە وریایی پێش پێشکەشکردنی تەندەر. گشت پێشنیاركهرهكان بانگهێشت دهكرێن بۆئهنجام دانی چاوپێکەوتن پێش ئەوەی بڕیاركۆتایی بدرێت بۆ ههڵبژاردنی تهندهری گونجاو لەلایەن TIU.
پێوەری شیاوی:
١-پێویستە پێشنیارکەر وەک دابینکەری خزمەتگوزاری خواردن لە حکومەتی هەرێمی کوردستان تۆمار بکرێت، و دەبێت مۆڵەتی نوێکردنەوە دابین بکات.
٢-پێویستە پێشنیارکەرەکە بەلایەنی کەمەوە سێ ساڵ شارەزایی هەبێت لە خزمەتگوزاری خواردن.
٣-ئۆفیسی پێشنیارکەر (کۆمپانیا یان لق) دەبێت لە هەولێر دابنرێت.
٤-پێویستە هەموو فەرمانبەران کارتی مۆڵەتی تەندروستیان هەبێت کە لەلایەن حکومەتی هەرێمی کوردستانەوە دروست کرابێت.
