4. 4. Budget Delivery: Tishk International University's policy does not allow for advance payment; instead, it follows a two-stage payment process. (60%) the total contract amount is paid upon the arrival of the materials, (40%) is disbursed after the receipt by the TIU committee.

5. 5. Tender Submission: A hard copy of the original tender proposal, including all required documents in a closed envelope should be submitted to the following address: Iraq, Erbil Campus, TIU, Main Building, Ground Floor, Office No. 140
