3.Tender Pricing: Submit competitive pricing for each item according to the detailed specification mentioned in the listed table below.                                                 

4. Tender Evaluation Criteria:  Bids will be evaluated based on the following criteria: 

• Price competitiveness (80 %). 
• Adherence to technical specifications (best technology required). 
• Quality of furniture (best quality). 
• Warranty and after-sales support (10 %). 
• Delivery timeline (10 %).                                                                                                                         

 5. Budget Delivery: Tishk International University's policy does not support the advance payment; it supports three stage payment while supplying is started. Also (5 %) of the total contract amount will be paid after warranty time.  

 6. Tender Submission: Hard copy of the original tender proposal, including all required documents in a closed envelope should be submitted to the following address: Iraq, Erbil, TIU, Main Building, Ground Floor, Office No. 140   

 7. The tender can participate with this tender process in front of (50 $), while submitting the tender.
