Tender Requirements:  

1. Tenderer Documentation: Include necessary company documents and certifications. 

2. Tender Timeline:

3. Tender Pricing: Submit competitive pricing for each item according to the detailed specifications mentioned in the attached table. 

4. Tender Evaluation Criteria:  Bids will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
   1. Price competitiveness (80 %). 
   2. Warranty and after-sales support (10 %). 
   3. Delivery timeline (10 %).                                                                                                                                                                           
5. Budget Delivery: Tishk International University's policy does not allow for advance payment; instead, it follows a three-stage payment process. (60%) of the total contract amount is paid upon the arrival of the computers, (35%) is disbursed after the receipt by the TIU committee, and the remaining (5%) is paid upon the completion of the warranty duration. 

6. Tender Submission: A hard copy of the original tender proposal, including all required documents in a closed envelope should be submitted to the following address: Iraq, Erbil, TIU, Main Building, Ground Floor, Office No. 140
