Scope of the work:

Tishk International University is undertaking a tender to procure a catering services provider for student cafeteria for one year. The catering company will serve breakfast and lunch and occasionally dinner with high-quality of foods and drinks being nutritious, hygienic, harmonic and seasonal and affordable prices with an environment of hospitality. The catering service company will have the experience to deliver high-quality standard of food and drinks along with standard levels of TIU expectations. The key objective of the tender is to optimize the quality and consistency of the style, range and standard of the food and drinks with affordable prices.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The bidder must be registered as a catering service provider in the KRG and must provide the renewal of its license.
• The bidder must have at least three years of experience in catering services.
• The bidder office (company or branch) should be located in Erbil.
• All employees must have a health permit card authenticated by the KRG.
• The priority of this tender will be given to companies accredited by the ISO/TS 22002-2:201 HACP quality system.
• The catering company may, at its own expense, undertake modifications, improvements, or installations within the university cafeteria facilities. Such changes must only be carried out with prior written permission and formal agreement from Tishk International University. At the conclusion of the catering contract (whether by expiration or termination), all installed furniture, fixtures, and improvements shall remain the property of the University.
• Tender Evaluation Criteria: Bids will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
• Annual rent proposal submitted.
• Offers presented for cafeteria facility renewal and equipment provision.
• The company profile will include brand type, staff count, and management framework
